Shipping Time
Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible. The Soze Group ships via UPS Ground. You can expect to receive your order within two weeks. Most orders placed by 11:00 AM Pacific Standard time will ship the same day. Please note that some items may take longer. Please refer to information in the item description to see if your item may take longer to ship.
Shipping Rates
The Soze Group charges a fee based on the geographic region for ground shipping and handling. At this time, we ship to the United States and Canada. Please note we cannot ship to PO, FPO or APO boxes. For oversized items, heavy items or items valued at $600.00 or more, additional fees may apply. These fees will be indicated during check out prior to your transaction being completed.
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order. We will keep you updated on your order status via email.
Sales Tax
If shipping within Canada, applicable taxes will apply and will be based on the shipping address.
Refund or exchange:
We want you to love your new gear, but if you need to make changes we're here to help. The Soze Group accepts returns for exchange or refund up to 45 days from original ship date. Product must be returned in original packaging.
Return Processing:
To make a return, email office@thesozegroup.com, include your order number, contact information and reason for return. You will then be contacted with return instructions. Remember, your return shipment must be received by us within 45 days from the original ship date.
Refund or credit towards a replacement item will be limited to the original purchase price less freight.
Ineligible items:
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on the following items:
* Goods damaged by misuse
* Goods damaged by abuse
* Items designated as “Final Sale” items
